Returns & Exchanges
We accept return or exchange requests within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original condition.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@homeiqtools.com with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the item and packaging
We will make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund — no need to return the item.
Change of Mind Returns
If you simply changed your mind, we'll do our best to assist you. However, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Once your request is approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items returned after 30 days
- Items that are used or damaged by the customer
